Eileen Thayser
Eileen Thayser
MA Clin. Psych.; MCC ICF Coach
Eileen Thayser has a unique combination of qualifications, skills and experience. She is a coaching psychologist with many years of experience as coach and therapist, starting her combined practice in 2002. She brings to her business and leadership coaching a diverse business background as finance director at Murray & Roberts Plastics and Fedstone (Firestone Tyres and others).
Eileen’s qualifications include MA Clinical Psychology, various executive education courses, and a credential as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She also holds and multiple coaching certifications, including Center for Creative Leadership, New Coach Orientation & Executive Coaching Onboarding; CoachU/CoachInc Core Essentials Programme; and Unisa’s Career & Executive Coaching Certificate. Regular ongoing continuing education courses such as Organisational & Relationship Systems at Work Coaching’s Foundational Course; Systemic Team Coaching, Narrative Coaching, Gestalt Coaching, Conversational Intelligence Coaching and Neuroscience of Change have brought valuable perspectives on coaching.
Eileen is an associate professional at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (which is part of the University of Pretoria). She was GIBS’ lead faculty from 2015-2021 for the GIBS Professional Business Coaching Programme (formerly CoachTrax) and the Advanced Professional Business Coaching Programme. Eileen designed and launched CoachTrax prior to GIBS taking over the programme, and co-created the design of the Advanced programme. She is also a coach on various GIBS leadership programmes. Active mentor-coach and supervisor for many coaches, especially those wanting to go the ICF path, are part of her portfolio.
Eileen is married to Dave, and they live in Johannesburg with their noisy lovable dogs.

Kerrin Miller
Kerrin Miller

Kerrin is a Registered Industrial/Organisational Psychologist and Certified Business Psychologist with over twenty five years experience working in the areas of leadership, learning, coaching and change. She started her career as a human resource business partner and spent ten years in senior roles within large organisations leading human resource teams in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. After registering as a psychologist in 2003, Kerrin spent ten years consulting within a blue chip client base in the areas of learning and leadership.
Since 2014 Kerrin has coached leaders and their teams within multi-nationals across banking, technology, insurance, legal, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, fmcg and non-profit organisations. She is passionate about using her unique blend of psychology and organisational insight to develop strengths focused, resilient, change agile, inclusive and purpose driven leaders; and positive and productive teams. Her approach is integrative and includes narrative, gestalt, positive and neuropsychology. She believes that deep and data- led insight, combined with leveraged action, can change leadership and team behaviour in significant and sustainable ways; and has worked with blue chip organisations to deliver across Africa, UK, Europe, Middle-East and Asia.
Kerrin’s research on the meaning of work for professional women was published in the Journal of Psychology Africa in 2016. Kerrin is a regular contributor to forums and publications in the field of coaching psychology.
Kerrin brings deep empathy, curiosity, creativity, smart simplicity and a sense of purpose. She focuses on leaving things better than she found them. She is married, and the mother of two (mighty) girls. She loves stories, journeys, slow time with her family and long lunches with friends.

Thuli Segalo
ICF (Professional Certified Coach); WBS MM Business & Exec Coaching candidate; B Comm Honours Industrial Psychology
Thuli is a Professional Associate at GIBS, coaching on the GIBS MBA, Global Executive Programme, General Management Programme, Leading Women programmes. She has over 20 years’ experience in leadership roles and in the development of leaders. She has an illustrious career carved in blue chip corporates in South Africa. She’s held leadership roles at Investec, Absa Fund Managers, LRMG Performance Agency and Multichoice. She currently leads a woman empowered coaching and leadership practice, Better Me Business Coaching. She coaches multiple levels of leaders, from Executive leaders to leader-in-waiting to leaders in transition.

MA CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY; ENGEZA CERTIFICATE IN ORGANISATIONAL & BUSINESS COACHING
Phetile has run her private practice, working with adults, adolescents and children for the past 10 years. In 2020, Pheti expanded her interests to train as an organisational and business coach with Engeza (an ICF accredited training company aimed at psychologists). Pheti’s particular coaching interests are diversity and inclusion; career transitions. Leader as coach training is also a special interest. She is now working toward her first ICF credential.
