Our Story
Eileen and Kerrin are vocal supporters of psychologists engaging in the world of professional business coaching. We aspire to open the world of business coaching as an additional business stream to psychologists. We know that an ICF credential is a key differentiator for anyone accessing business coaching, and have ensured that this programme is an ICF-accredited programme.
Engeza is a coaching programme for new and aspiring coaches that adds access to business and organisational acumen and imparts deep insight and experiential learning of core competencies of coaching. In addition the programme has gained ICF accreditation as an ACSTH programme, providing all the training needed for the first rung of an ICF credential.
The programme builds in and honours the existing knowledge and skill sets of business and people professionals, psychologists, counsellors and social workers.
